The Funky Fatboy Stevie.D is the sort of DJ that can rock any party. Not only does he DJ, but he is also a great vocalist & host, and whatever the genre of House music or event, he always delivers. Although a seriously technical DJ he also has the ability to entertain the crowd and work them into a frenzy. Having built up a reputation as a versatile and eclectic DJ this has enabled him to play many different styles of music but always having a strong house foundation behind his music, all this and he is a very humble guy. Starting out when he could first walk n talk entertaining the customers in his aunts hair salon with his singing, he progressed over the years getting his first keyboard at age 8, he taught himself to play learning music by ear, & later went on to progress to grade 4 piano, also learning to play the drums getting his first drum kit aged 15, teaching himself before attending the Newham Academy of Music. At 12 years old was where his DJ career began, when he first turned his hands to the decks, having a go on his cousins turntables (badly), eventually his cousin hung up his headphones n gave his turntables & record collection to him, which he still has to this day. Through a lot of practice, hard work & determination, he has got to where he has today, playing at various venues & events up n down the country and abroad, such as: CASTLE CLUB (ayia napa), V CLUB (austria) WORLD BODY PAINTING FESTIVAL (Austria) MINISTRY OF SOUND, PACHA, AQUARIUM, EMBASSY, HIDDEN, OPERA HOUSE, to name but a few. He has also been involved with the car scene, working at various car shows, hosting for FAST CAR.
